Credentials on request
Applicable contractor details — including licensing, insurance and any certifications relevant to your project — are provided with the written quotation. If a detail is not listed, we will supply it on request before you commit. We do not display licence or insurance numbers publicly, but every client receives the applicable documentation with their quote.

A written quotation follows the site discussion, with the scope, the finish, the timeline and the applicable contractor details. We do not advertise prices; every quote is specific to the project.
A single dedicated crew prepares, pours and finishes the work, then walks it through with you at handover. We remain contactable through the first season and can arrange resealing on a schedule that suits the finish.
